1. About the service

MyCloudConvert provides free online tools to compress, convert, and resize images and compress PDF files. All file processing for our core tools occurs locally in your web browser on your device. We do not upload or store your files on our servers as part of normal tool usage.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MyCloudConvert. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use MyCloudConvert only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Process content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted material without permission
• Use the service to distribute malware, illegal content, or harmful material
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or scrape the service in an abusive manner
• Misrepresent your affiliation with MyCloudConvert or use our branding without permission
• Use automated systems to access the site in a way that places undue load on our infrastructure

4. Your content

You retain all rights to files you process through MyCloudConvert. We do not claim ownership of your images, PDFs, or other content. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not access your file contents.

You are solely responsible for the content you process and for ensuring you comply with applicable laws, including copyright and privacy laws.

5. No warranties

MyCloudConvert is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Results will meet your specific requirements (e.g., exact file size or quality outcomes)
• All file formats or edge cases will be supported
• The service will be available at all times

Image and PDF processing outcomes depend on your source files, settings, browser, and device capabilities.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCloudConvert and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for our free tools, is zero).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyCloudConvert from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The MyCloudConvert name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or site content without permission. Use of our tools does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.
